Neither victim was identified by the NTSB but one victim was the aircraft’s pilot and the other was a person on the ground. “It was like a bomb”, Galicia told reporters Wednesday morning.
The plane went down about 5:30pm on Tuesday evening into a mobile home park of a few dozen homes near West Palm Beach. The plane was destroyed in the crash and was “completely engulfed” in flames when emergency crews arrived at the scene.

The surrounding roads and mobile homes nearby were closed and evacuated at the time, Borroto said.
“Banny, Banny, Banny, come here, come here”, he said, describing the moment he attempted to call out to his daughter.
Galicia says his daughter never made it out.
“I don’t feel anything – I feel like I’m standing on air”, he said.
“The pastor gave me the clothes I have on, the shirt and the trousers, and also let me stay there and take a shower”, Lusbin Galicia said through a translator.
But Galicia didn’t feel well Tuesday and for the first time in as long as family members could remember, she skipped school.
Friends and relatives gathered Wednesday night at a prayer vigil to fondly remember a Lake Worth woman who died in a plane crash Tuesday.
Gilicia said he was outside and tried to get to his daughter, but that he was met with flames when he opened the door.
The FAA, NTSB, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and the Medical Examiner are all involved in the investigation.
The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating. The aircraft hit several homes at the Mar-Mak Colony Club.
This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available. The Red Cross was called in to assist two families left temporarily homeless.
