Galicia Energy (ASX:GAL) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of a material acquisition in the technology space.
The company had $530,000 in cash at the end of March 2015.
The halt will last until the opening of trade on Wednesday 3rd June 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
