WWD caught up with Nichole Galicia and Christiane Seidel after the show to discuss upcoming roles.

COMING SOON: After Nicole Miller’s show, Jango Unchained’s Nichole Galicia said she starts filming Tuesday for Shawn Baker’s “No Black Girls Please,” an updated indie inspired by Diana Ross’ “Mahogany.” Galicia will tap into her modeling experience for her role which draws from Naomi Campbell’s work life. Meanwhile, “Boardwalk Empire’s” Christiane Seidel is getting ready to jet off to Germany for a yet-to-be-named flick and Katie Cassidy is counting the days until the November release of “Scribbler” in which she plays a woman with a multiple personality disorder.

Miller also had the support of her chief executive officer Bud Konheim’s pal Jeff Banks, who was in from London. The British designer will open his first Saville Row bespoke store next month in time for his fiftieth anniversary in business. “I never thought I’d live to be 50 never mind be in business for 50. John Lennon and George Harrison came to the opening of my first store in 1964 – I knew them from Liverpool,” Banks said.
