The Topeka Police Department is asking for help from the public to locate a person of interest in the homicide of Guillermo E. Galicia on October 5, 2012 near SE 4th and Chandler. The victim was dropped-off at a local hospital to be treated for a gunshot wound, where he later died. Police are searching for a person of interest in this case, Nicolas Soto-Camargo, age 19 of Topeka. Anyone with information about this crime, or information on the whereabouts of Soto-Camargo, is asked to contact Detectives at 368-9400.
