Vallejo police recovered a stolen car and arrested three people Friday morning.
While patrolling the area at about 9 a.m., officers spotted a car reported stolen out of Pleasant Hill in an alley in the 100 block of Westwood Street.
Police stopped the car and arrested the three occupants. They were identified as Vincent Atoigue, 44; William Souse, 42; and Joseph Galicia, 45. Atoigue and Souse were also on parole, police added.
One of the men also allegedly had a methamphetamine pipe on him, but it was not immediately known which one.
They were subsequently booked into the Solano County jail.
