Small Plane Hit A Mobile Home
Domingo Galicia felt the world crashing down on him on Thursday night, when a small plane hit a mobile home that he owned. Galicia’s desperation did not come from his destroyed home, but from the fact that his daughter, Banny, was inside the house when the plane crashed. Banny is believed to be dead, but Galicia was still hoping that his daughter was not beyond saving.
He told the authorities that “it was like a bomb” when he described the events that occurred on Tuesday night. In the meantime Stephanie Martin, Benny’s best friend, told the story of their friendship: how they knew each other ever since they were in middle school and how they would spend time together, giving strength to their relationship.
Martin also said that Banny was a student within the Palm Beach State College. She was a firm believer, very active in her church and she treasured Christian music as if it were to voice of God speaking to her. Sadly, it seems that God had other plans in mind and took Benny away at a young age and right in fron of her father’s eyes.
The investigators later confirmed that both the pilot and Benny were killed. After the plane had stricken Galicia’s mobile home, fire began to spread within it, extending to another nearby house. They also do not believe that there were any other passengers on the plane at the time of impact, meaning that the two were the only casualties in the wreckage.
The news became official when the National Transportation Safety Board declared that two people died in this horrible accident. Domingo Garcia has, unwillingly, accepted the idea that his daughter is no more and the fires that spread after the crash took her life. It is a tragic accident that should not have torn away someone’s life, especially at such a tender age.
There is no confirmation whether this was an accident or not, yet further investigations will lead to the incident’s cause. When a small plane hit a mobile home at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday Galicia’s life changed forever, for the worse.
