Five protesters are giving Donald Trump a taste of his own medicine, lodging a lawsuit against the GOP presidential candidate after a scuffle with his security in New York City last week.

Efrain Galicia filed the suit in NYC… and in it he says his “group of human rights activists of Mexican origin” were attacked by Trump’s bodyguards outside Trump Towers last Thursday.

“You had a group of people on a public sidewalk who were assaulted violently by private security guards for Donald Trump’s corporation and his campaign committee”, Dictor said on Wednesday.

Galicia was holding up a large blue sign that read, “Trump: Make America Racist Again” and a fight ensued when a security guard ripped the sign in two. CNN and other reporters on the scene witnessed the incident, which was videotaped by several people. Garten said the video showed Galicia attacking Schiller.

The plaintiffs had previously held protests outside of Trump Tower to protest Trump’s rhetoric on illegal immigration, “what they deem to be Trump’s racism and xenophobia”, according to the complaint.

“In my case, they beat me, something I never imagined could happen to me in the United States”, Galicia told EFE, adding that Trump’s security personnel used violence “because they know that their boss approves of it”.
