Bibendum PLB’s spirits division Instil Drinks is adding the Quenza and Combier liqueur ranges to its portfolio.

The Quenza range is produced by Galician drinks producer Hijos de Rivera, which owns the Spanish beer Estrella Galicia, also handled by Instil in the UK.

Quenza’s after-dinner liqueur range comprises a cinnamon-flavoured cream liqueur, coffee and herb liqueurs and a Galician-style grappa.

Hijos de Rivera has been producing the hand-made liqueurs since 2005.

The extensive Combier range comes from Saumur in the Loire Valley and is headed by a triple sec.

The additions join an Instil liqueur line-up that includes Pococello limoncello and Fiorente elderflower liqueur.

Instil managing director Mark Johnson said: “Both Combier and Hijos de Rivera produce liqueurs of the highest quality and we are looking forward to being able to offer them to our customers.

“Liqueurs are essential components in many a cocktail recipe so are a must list for bars and restaurants.

“The quality, value and variety that Quenza and Combier can offer make them a very exciting proposition for us.’
