A Spaniard has been arrested for allegedly selling pro-Islamic State clothing – including babygrows and T-shirts that depicted executions.

Police detained the man, who they claim sold the garments online to people across the Iberian Peninsula, in Narón, Galicia, on Tuesday evening.

He was arrested on suspicion of inciting terrorism and humiliating the victims of terrorism.

Spain’s Interior Ministry published images of the clothes he was alleged to have been selling online on its Twitter feed.

Sweatshirts on offer included ones with an image of the beheading of British aid worker Alan Henning, who was murdered on October 3 last year.

Other clothing items featured the IS emblem. Sweatshirts retailed for around £14, while T-shirts were available for £9.

Authorities also said he displayed “radical views in line with various terrorist organizations” via his social media accounts, reports ABC News.

The investigation continues.
