Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 Ready For Next Challenge At Mugello

Estrella Galicia 0,0 riders, Fabio Quartararo and Jorge Navarro, arrive at the Tuscan circuit with 52 and 12 points, respectively, and motivated after the experience gained in the five Grands Prix contested thus far. Tuscany in Italy is the latest destination for Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 as they contest round six of the World Championship this weekend.

 


Bookmark and ShareAfter competing at two familiar tracks in Jerez and Le Mans, the Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 riders go back to the unknown with their first appearance at Mugello, which hosts the Italian GP this weekend. Whilst riders Fabio Quartararo and Jorge Navarro have yet to ride at one of the most popular tracks on the calendar, Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 have a fond memory of last year’s Italian round: They were on the podium thanks to Álex Rins’ third place in the race.

The first free practice session for the Italian Grand Prix takes place on Friday at 9am local time, with the race on Sunday at 11am.

The Autódromo Internacional de Mugello, located in the Italian region of Tuscany, is one of the most emblematic circuits on the MotoGP calendar.

About 30km north of the city of Florence, Mugello has hosted racing events since 1920, when it was a 66.2km track consisting of local roads running through the scenic, twisty, Passo de Futta route.

The Mugello circuit in its current incarnation was opened in 1974, a track owned by Ferrari and 5.2km in length, renowned for its long straight and very fast corners.
