Lumar Seafood International will present a new range of stuffed tuna loins at this year’s Brussels Seafood Expo Global.
Galicia-based Lumar will showcase the recipe range, consisting of tuna tenderloins stuffed with a variety of vegetables and spices such as mushrooms duxelle, spinach, pine nuts, pumpkin and a variety of surprising ingredients and spices.
All these varieties are created exclusively by a Michelin star chef, Lumar said.
Recently, the processor scooped an award for its stuffed tuna product, the Wabel Frozen Food innovation prize.
Lumar’s presence at this year’s Brussels’ show “means the consolidation of the company’s export-oriented commitment, with more than 50% of its sales in foreign markets,” the processor said.
