Parade of Flesh’s Spillover Music Fest brought 30-plus bands to Dallas on Sunday, catching a slew of performers as they headed out of Austin’s South By Southwest. Liars, one of the few bands that didn’t play SXSW, headlined the event for their first performance in Dallas since 2008. Festival goers filtered in and out of Dada, Trees, and Three Links throughout the day while bands played four stages across Deep Ellum.
