The incident happened at about 4 a.m. at the Zip Trip store at 625 1st Avenue North.

The victim said that both men then came into the store and showed the gun to the cashier, who told the men to leave.

The men then left the store, and were found a short time later by police officers; the officers noted that both Galicia and Rider appeared to be drunk, and found a gun concealed under Galicia’s clothing.
