Teen charged with having sex with Warrington girl, 13

A 19-year-old Warrington man is charged with statutory sexual assault and corruption of minors after allegedly having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old, police said.

Juan Carlos Galicia-Alonso, 19, a native of Guatemala living in the Willow Knoll development on the 2200 block of Pileggi Drive in Warrington, is in Bucks County prison on $100,000 bail.

According to a criminal complaint filed against Galicia-Alonso, a Warrington couple went to the police station on May 30 after learning their 13-year-old daughter was involved in a sexual relationship with a man in the Willow Knoll development.

Police said they interviewed Galicia-Alonso a few days later and he admitted having a sexual relationship with the child, including having sex two or three times between April and May. Galicia-Alonso said that he and the child had sex in his father’s parked car in front of his home, police said. He said he knew the girl was 13, according to police.

Galicia-Alonso was arraigned on the sex charges June 4. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 28, according to court records.
