Havana, Cuba, Dec 8.- Army General Raul Castro, President of the councils of State and Ministers, received the President of the Autonomous Government of Galicia, Alberto Nuñez Feijoo, who is on an official visit to Cuba.
During the cordial meeting, held on Saturday, the common wish to continue strengthening cultural and economic relations and relations of cooperation between Galicia and Cuba, the peoples of which are united by historic bonds, was reiterated.
Accompanying the distinguished visitor was Spanish ambassador to Havana, Juan Francisco Montalban. Cuba was also represented at the meeting by Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez. (acn)
