HACKETTSTOWN — Hackettstown Police said they found two residents screaming and intoxicated while lying on Main Street and charged them with disorderly conduct.

Police responded to a report of screaming on Main Street around 4:05 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 22. When they arrived at the area, they saw a woman lying on the ground with a man next to her.

Celia Lagunez-Rodriguez, 22, of Hackettstown, who was allegedly intoxicated, had fallen to the ground, police said.

Freddy Galicia-Bollero, 25, of Hackettstown was also screaming and intoxicated, police said.

Lagunez-Rodriguez continued to scream, became disorderly and refused medical attention, police said. Meanwhile, as police attended to her, Galicia-Bollero allegedly urinated behind a nearby apartment building.

He was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and Lagunez-Rodriguez was charged with one.

They were both released pending a court appearance.
