AGUINO, SPAIN – JUNE 19: Juan Carlos Olveira 42, a ‘percebeiro’ (barnacle fisher) jumps from a boat to pick Barnacles from sea rocks near Aguino on June 19, 2013 in Galicia, Spain. Traditional fishing is an important part of Galicia’s economy. Barnacle fishers harvest when sea tide is low as waves recede from rocks being able ot reach areas where the shellfish grows. Fishers sell the barnacle in the same day on auction under a strict control of the guild. Vigilantes also watch for poachers while sea tide is low. (Photo by Pablo Blazquez Dominguez/Getty Images)
