 Today we learned more about yesterday's fatal fire at an apartment building in the 200 block of South Williams Avenue that claimed two lives.  They were 2-year-old Eli Galicia and the woman who tried to save his life....29-year-old Sulmi Guerra Sandoval.  She was able to save three children... and Sioux Falls Fire Chief Jim Sideras calls her a hero. Sulmi Guerra Sandoval, 29, died Tuesday rescuing young children from her burning apartment. Two of the children are Guerra Sandoval's.
