Estrella Galicia, a premium beer brand, which to date has only been imported by small independent Spanish importers in bottle format, is now being brought into the UK in kegs by PLB exclusively for the on-trade.
The beer is being imported from the Estrella Galicia brewery in La Coruna in northern Spain, not to be confused with the Estrella Damm brewery in Barcelona which is completely unrelated.
To highlight the provenance of the Estrella Galicia 4.7% variety, PLB are offering the on-trade bespoke, eye-catching handcrafted ceramic bar taps to serve it up.
The premium beer within the brewery’s portfolio is the 1906, which is available in bottles and has a retail price of £4.50, while the alcohol-free version, at 0.0% abv, is £2.75.
