Leading Argentine banking conglomerate GrupoFinanciero Galicia S.A. (ADR) (NASDAQ:GGAL) announced on Friday that a Q4 net profit of 368.2M pesos ($74.8 million), increasing from 355.1M pesos in the similar quarter of 2011. BUENOS AIRES–Argentine stocks ended the week on a negative note Friday, led lower by the financial group Grupo Financiero Galicia SA (GGAL.BA, GGAL), whose quarterly earnings report did little to inspire local investors.

A raft of international channels have acquired animated kids series Little Spirou.

The 78x7mins show is sold by French distributor Mediatoon and it has shopped it to TVC in Spain and Noga in Israel.

TV Galicia in Spain, TG4 in Ireland and TeleQuebec in Canada have also all bought the series.

In France it airs on M6 and Teletoon. It has previously sold to broadcasters including Nickelodeon Asia.
