Oscar Gonzalez’s header 10 minutes from time secured a 1-1 draw for Real Valladolid and denied 10-man Espanyol their first win of the Primera Division season.

Paco Herrera’s side move into the top half as a result of the win, and few could take issue with their performance as they dominated throughout.
The goals of Alvaro Negredo have been crucial to Sevilla’s start to the season, and Celta did well to keep him away from the action for most of the night.
