The Corcoesto Gold Project is located in Galicia province, Spain. Edgewater expects a feasibility study to be released 4Q 2012, and the company has requested that the provincial government designate Corcoesto a “Strategic Project.” A November 2011 preliminary economic assessment estimated a 10-year mine life producing over 100,000 ounces gold annually at $713 per ounce, a $206 million NPV using $1,300 gold and a 24% IRR.
