Gómez Noya bags silver in the men’s Triathlon

Spain’s Javier Gómez Noya won a silver medal in the men’s Triathlon in the 2012 London Olympics on Tuesday, held in Hyde Park.
The athlete, who finished fourth in the Beijing Olympics in 2008, came in second place behind Britain’s Alistair Brownlee (1.46.25) who claimed the title of Olympic champion ahead of his brother Jonathan Brownlee who won the bronze.
This is the fourth medal for Spain at this year’s Olympic Games in London.
